I have done everything I can
To make sure this is the room that feels right
I like situations to be perfect

Small adjustments and fixes
It’s not as easy when I’m not alone
People dont like it when I tell them what to do
They aren’t figurines out of a comic book
With bodies that I can manipulate
Small adjustments and fixes

But right now Ive done everything…
But I miss everyone’s imperfections
Footprints on my carpet
I only hoovered them up 
So I can notice it more

I was just growing fond of the
Pointless interjections
That I used to hate

Im so glad you cant make
